Professional ovens

Linea VZ professional wood-burning ovens, with different inside dimensions, are suitable for small, medium and large pizzerias, and can hold from 7 to 13 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. At the optimum temperature of 350 °C, cooking times range from 90 to 120 seconds, meaning with two pizza chefs hourly volumes can reach 100 to 130 pizzas

Our ovens are made from high-alumina and fused cement refractory castable that ensures both good refractory properties and mechanical tightness.

Linea VZ professional ovens reduce wood consumption by half compared to other same-sized ovens.
